Festival Of Quilts 2015 -Part One

This year, I went back to my original plan of driving down the day before & staying over for 2 nights.  I chose the Village in Solihull again as I stayed here a couple of years ago and its really easy to get to & from the NEC and it also has a great leisure centre.

So after a great breakfast this morning I headed off to the NEC.

Here are just some of the quilts on show -

Annabel Rainbow - Trolls

Jenni Dutton - Dementia Darlings

A BeColourful Pattern  (Catch Me if You Can) renamed Windmills of your Mind and made by Irene Thorn.  On a personal note, I really do feel that when quilter make someone else's original pattern the pattern maker should be mentioned.  - Judges Choice Awarded

Jaqueline de Jonge - BeColourful will be teaching at Quilt Sandwich for her second time this coming March 2016. She enjoyed our hospitality so much last time, that she will be with us for 6 days of fabulous teaching. You can choose 2/4 or 6 days & project (s).
