The Great Northern Quilt Show 2014 at Harrogate

Well I am just back after a great day at The Great Northern Quilt Show at Harrogate Show Ground. It was rather busy today, but the stand holders said yesterday was busier.
This year again, the show has got bigger. There are more stalls and more quilts! The workshop area which used to be at the bottom end has now been moved into another block.

Anyway, here are some quilts.....

This is best in show and also Longarm Award.

 This next quilt I remember from Birmingham too, and it just shows that it is sometimes worth sending them to other shows as it has a Judges merit this time


Now this is Lovely Quilt - its made my customer Sylvia Foster. The piecing is superb and its quilted by Fiona Garth - Quilt Sandwich - yes ME!
